We had weigh in this morning. For the second week in a row.. I AM THE BIGGEST LOSER. How do I do it you ask? For the last 31 years my body has enjoyed all the sugary goodness life has to offer. You take that away what you have left is a body in the state of shock. It is eating up all the storage it has in fear that the yumminess may never return. Sadly, I feel as though by next week my body will be used to this lack of dessert life and it will no longer be so easy to shed the lbs. Instead I will have to drag my tired butt out of bed to actually exercise.
Oh how I miss you sweet syrup coke.

The Biggest Loser

A few weeks ago, I got a few of my co-workers to agree to do "the biggest loser" with me. Basically we will weigh in every Monday and then on April 14th, whoever has lost the most weight is THE BIGGEST LOSER! One of the girls participating is a certified personal trainer. She also had a baby 5 weeks after I did, so she wants to get back to her pre-pregnancy weight. This is good for the rest of us because she is a great motivator, she even set up a workout routine for us. I can't say I have been too good at the workout portion. I have attempted to make "healthier" dinners. Basically that means less pizza and beer dinners.
Last week, I was the biggest loser! This week, I highly doubt I will win, I was bad this past week. Oh well.. I am on my way to losing 10lbs!!
Also, the winner at the finale will win $35.... big money! Money motivates.

The List
On New Year's Day Pol and I sat down and created a 101 list. Basically it is 101 things we would like to do or accomplish in the year 2008.
We will update you on how we are doing as the year progresses...
Maybe #1 on the list should have been to get the list written up before 2009.
