
A few weeks ago, I got a few of my co-workers to agree to do "the biggest loser" with me. Basically we will weigh in every Monday and then on April 14th, whoever has lost the most weight is THE BIGGEST LOSER! One of the girls participating is a certified personal trainer. She also had a baby 5 weeks after I did, so she wants to get back to her pre-pregnancy weight. This is good for the rest of us because she is a great motivator, she even set up a workout routine for us. I can't say I have been too good at the workout portion. I have attempted to make "healthier" dinners. Basically that means less pizza and beer dinners.
Last week, I was the biggest loser! This week, I highly doubt I will win, I was bad this past week. Oh well.. I am on my way to losing 10lbs!!
Also, the winner at the finale will win $35.... big money! Money motivates.
